WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OPEN EDITION, LIMITED EDITION & TIMED EDITION?
Open Edition Prints are reproductions of artwork that are produced in an unlimited quantity. They are typically more affordable since there is no limit on production.
Limited Edition Prints are reproductions of artwork that are produced in a limited quantity, with each print in the edition numbered and signed by the artist. Collectors often prefer limited edition prints because of their rarity and the assurance of authenticity provided by the artist's signature and numbering.
Timed Edition Prints are a form of limited edition with a unique release window, during which collectors can purchase as many prints as they want. The final edition size will be determined after the sale has ended.Â

We ship to most countries. Please note that International customers will be responsible for paying for duties and taxes.
DOES ILSE ACCEPT ORIGINAL PAINTING COMMISSIONS?

PRODUCTION TIME:
Please allow 4 weeks for your print to ship. This will allow us time to print, pack and quality control each print. Ilse will also need time to travel to California to hand-sign, number and emboss each edition.
QUALITY CONTROL:
All prints are meticulously inspected before being shipped. After printing is completed, each edition will be handled with protective gloves, flattened, dry brushed to assure there is no debris, rolled in a protective sheet and packed in a thick cardboard tube to prevent damages during transit.
RETURNS / DAMAGES:
Due to the limited edition nature of these prints, all sales are final unless your print arrives damaged. In the rare event that this occurs, please take a photo and email it to [email protected].
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES:
Please let us know about any shipping address changes before your order ships. If you move or accidentally enter an incorrect address, please let us know right away by emailing us at [email protected] along with your order number.. We will not be responsible for additional shipping costs if your print needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
